Emergence Tokyo vol. 4
I started this collection when I was little, with photographs of birds, trees, mountains. Here I focus on parks, flowers and rivers. There are green spaces everywhere; and, in the spring, apart from the sakura (cherry blossoms), well there are flowers everywhere, from the pots outside grandmothers’ houses to the embankments by the rivers.
Bicycles
After subways and trains, I think they are the most-used means in Tokyo for personal travel. And they have their charm, seeing people pedalling them here and there or capturing them parked up.
In Tokyo, and by extension in Japan, there are a lot of old houses where people still live. These houses are usually from the Showa era, and are made mostly of wood with iron elements.
